  Visited Texas Roadhouse tonight. We were greeted by a cute girl at the door with a high five. It was busy as it usually is but we were seated quickly. Angela, our server, was fabulous. She was friendly and chatty and really took care of us. It was definitely one of the best experiences we've had here.

  We went for dinner on a Friday night the food was good. Server lost our debt card after paying the bill. They looked but didn't offer any sincere apologies. Did not offer to take anything off our bill or give us future discount for the inconvenience now we were not able to shop for Christmas after dinner had to go to the bank and get a new card total inconvenience. They did call and say they found it after the fact but we had already canceled it at that point. I said we are disappointed in the lack of customer service received after losing our card. The receptionist just said oh sorry! As a business owner I would have offered some sort of appetizer free meal or something to encourage my customer to come back we won't be going back doesn't show any appreciation for the customer! Disappointed
